I've forgotten the name of a Doujinshi.It was about some gang leader who challenged a girl from the anime 'Saki' to a Mahjong battle and lost. Then he made another girl of the group addicted to pills against her having sex with old men in the group.
It ends with the girls all becoming slaves, in order to get the drug.
It has a scene where the gangleader lights out his cigarette in the mouth of one of the girls.
